1. Community Spirit

Emporis is built to help badminton players find matches, connect with others, book courts, and compete in a respectful environment. Please treat others with respect, arrive on time, be honest about your skill level, and maintain good sportsmanship in all interactions.

2. Prohibited Content

• Sexual, nude, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or child-abuse-related content.
• Extreme violence, threats of harm, encouragement of self-harm, or instructions for dangerous behavior.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or attacks based on gender, race, religion, nationality, disability, age, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Harassment, bullying, insults, doxxing, sharing personal information, or pressuring others to interact.
• Scams, spam, unauthorized advertising, impersonation, fake content, review manipulation, or unauthorized requests for payment outside the platform.
• Content that violates applicable laws, privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights.

3. On-Court and In-Person Conduct

• Follow court rules, booking schedules, safety instructions, and any published cost-sharing agreements.
• Do not threaten others, act aggressively, damage property, cheat on shared costs, or intentionally disrupt a match.
• Do not share another person’s photos, videos, or personal information without their consent.
• Cancel or leave matches responsibly, give notice as early as possible, and avoid causing unnecessary loss or disruption to the group.

4. Posts, Comments, and Profiles

Posts, comments, profile photos, display names, and match descriptions must be appropriate for a sports community. Do not use your profile or content to impersonate others, provoke users, attack individuals, or bypass these guidelines.

Emporis may label, limit distribution, reformat, hide, or remove content when necessary to protect the community and comply with platform policies.

5. Reporting Violations

If you see unsafe content, accounts, or behavior, please use the in-app reporting feature or contact support@emporis.vn with a link, screenshots, and a short description of the issue.

Emporis reviews reports based on context, severity, and violation history. Reports involving threats, harassment, offensive content, or safety risks will be prioritized and are typically reviewed within 24 hours when sufficient information is provided.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or law enforcement before reporting the issue to Emporis.

6. Blocking and Limiting Interactions

You may block users who make you uncomfortable or engage in abusive behavior. When a user is blocked, they may be restricted from viewing your profile, sending messages, commenting, or interacting with you depending on the features available.

Blocking does not replace reporting. If the behavior violates our policies or creates a safety risk for the community, please submit a report so Emporis can review and take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement Actions

• Warnings or requests to edit content.
• Hiding, removing, or limiting the distribution of violating content.
• Disabling certain community features, limiting messaging, or restricting match participation.
• Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating accounts in serious or repeated cases.
• Notifying competent authorities when necessary to protect users or comply with applicable law.

8. Appeals and Contact

If you believe your content or account was actioned by mistake, please contact support@emporis.vn with your account information, the related content, and the reason for your appeal. We will review your request within a reasonable time.
