Terms of Use
Điều khoản này quy định cách bạn sử dụng Emporis, bao gồm tài khoản, đặt sân, kết nối người chơi, nội dung cộng đồng, thanh toán và các biện pháp an toàn của nền tảng.
1. Chấp nhận điều khoản
Bằng việc truy cập hoặc sử dụng Emporis, bạn đồng ý tuân thủ Điều khoản sử dụng này, Chính sách bảo mật và Quy tắc cộng đồng. Nếu bạn không đồng ý, vui lòng ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ.
2. Tài khoản và điều kiện sử dụng
- Bạn phải cung cấp thông tin chính xác, cập nhật và chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật tài khoản của mình.
- Không mạo danh người khác, tạo tài khoản giả, dùng tài khoản của người khác hoặc sử dụng Emporis khi đã bị đình chỉ.
- Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về hoạt động phát sinh từ tài khoản, bao gồm nội dung đăng tải, đặt sân, tham gia trận và tương tác với cộng đồng.
- Người dùng chưa đủ tuổi thành niên theo pháp luật địa phương cần có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ.
3. Giấy phép sử dụng ứng dụng
Emporis cấp cho bạn giấy phép cá nhân, có thể thu hồi, không độc quyền, không chuyển nhượng để cài đặt và sử dụng ứng dụng cho mục đích hợp pháp theo Điều khoản này và quy định của cửa hàng ứng dụng liên quan.
Bạn không được sao chép, bán, cho thuê, cấp phép lại, đảo ngược kỹ thuật, can thiệp hệ thống hoặc sử dụng ứng dụng theo cách gây hại cho Emporis, người dùng khác hoặc bên thứ ba.
4. Điều khoản Apple App Store
Nếu bạn tải ứng dụng từ Apple App Store, bạn cũng phải tuân thủ Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple không phải là một bên của Điều khoản này và không chịu trách nhiệm cung cấp bảo trì hoặc hỗ trợ cho Emporis.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Emporis chịu trách nhiệm xử lý khiếu nại liên quan đến ứng dụng, nội dung, bảo hành nếu có, quyền sở hữu trí tuệ hoặc tuân thủ pháp luật. Apple và các công ty con của Apple là bên thụ hưởng thứ ba của điều khoản này và có quyền thực thi điều khoản liên quan đến ứng dụng iOS.
5. Dịch vụ đặt sân và kết nối người chơi
Emporis hỗ trợ người dùng tìm trận, tạo trận đấu, đặt sân, giao lưu và quản lý hoạt động cầu lông. Thông tin về sân, thời gian, chi phí, số lượng người chơi và yêu cầu trình độ có thể do người dùng hoặc đối tác cung cấp.
Bạn cần kiểm tra thông tin trước khi xác nhận tham gia. Emporis có thể điều chỉnh, hủy hoặc hạn chế giao dịch nếu phát hiện sai lệch, gian lận, rủi ro an toàn hoặc vi phạm chính sách.
6. Nội dung do người dùng tạo
Bạn giữ quyền sở hữu đối với nội dung mình đăng, nhưng cấp cho Emporis quyền lưu trữ, hiển thị, phân phối, chỉnh định dạng và xử lý nội dung đó trong phạm vi cần thiết để vận hành, bảo mật, kiểm duyệt và cải thiện dịch vụ.
Bạn cam kết có quyền đăng nội dung và nội dung đó không vi phạm pháp luật, quyền sở hữu trí tuệ, quyền riêng tư, danh dự hoặc an toàn của người khác.
7. Hành vi bị cấm
- Đăng nội dung tình dục, khỏa thân, bạo lực cực đoan, thù ghét, quấy rối, bắt nạt, đe dọa hoặc phân biệt đối xử.
- Lừa đảo, thu tiền trái phép, thao túng đánh giá, spam, phát tán mã độc hoặc thu thập dữ liệu người dùng khi chưa được phép.
- Tổ chức hoạt động nguy hiểm, bất hợp pháp hoặc gây mất an toàn tại sân chơi.
- Can thiệp vào hệ thống, đảo ngược kỹ thuật, phá hoại, làm quá tải hoặc truy cập trái phép vào dịch vụ.
- Sử dụng Emporis để quảng cáo không mong muốn hoặc nội dung không liên quan đến cộng đồng cầu lông.
8. Thanh toán, hoàn hủy và phí dịch vụ
Một số tính năng có thể yêu cầu thanh toán. Thông tin giá, phí, chính sách hoàn hủy hoặc điều kiện đặt sân sẽ được hiển thị trước khi bạn xác nhận giao dịch.
Bạn đồng ý thanh toán các khoản phí hợp lệ phát sinh từ tài khoản của mình. Nếu giao dịch được thực hiện qua Apple App Store hoặc Google Play, việc thanh toán và hoàn tiền có thể phải tuân theo chính sách của cửa hàng đó.
9. Kiểm duyệt, báo cáo và chặn
Emporis có thể xem xét, ẩn, gỡ bỏ, giới hạn phân phối hoặc khóa quyền truy cập đối với nội dung, hồ sơ hoặc tài khoản vi phạm Điều khoản sử dụng hoặc Quy tắc cộng đồng.
Bạn có thể báo cáo nội dung hoặc người dùng vi phạm qua ứng dụng hoặc email support@emporis.vn. Bạn cũng có thể chặn người dùng khác để hạn chế tương tác không mong muốn.
Các báo cáo liên quan đến an toàn, quấy rối, đe dọa, nội dung phản cảm hoặc lạm dụng trẻ vị thành niên sẽ được ưu tiên xử lý.
10. Tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản
Chúng tôi có thể cảnh báo, hạn chế, tạm khóa hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản nếu bạn vi phạm chính sách, gây rủi ro cho người dùng khác, lạm dụng dịch vụ hoặc vi phạm pháp luật.
Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ hoặc yêu cầu xóa tài khoản theo Chính sách bảo mật.
11. Giới hạn trách nhiệm và thay đổi điều khoản
Emporis nỗ lực cung cấp dịch vụ ổn định và an toàn, nhưng không bảo đảm dịch vụ luôn không gián đoạn hoặc không có lỗi. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Emporis không chịu trách nhiệm đối với thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên hoặc phát sinh từ việc bạn sử dụng dịch vụ.

These terms govern how you use Emporis, including accounts, court bookings, player connections, community content, payments, and platform safety measures.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Emporis, you agree to follow these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and are responsible for protecting your account.
- Do not impersonate others, create fake accounts, use another person's account, or use Emporis after suspension.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including posted content, bookings, match participation, and community interactions.
- Users who have not reached the age of majority under local law need parent or guardian consent.
3. App License
Emporis grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for lawful purposes under these Terms and the rules of the relevant app store.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use the app in a way that harms Emporis, other users, or third parties.
4. Apple App Store Terms
If you download the app from the Apple App Store, you must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for maintenance or support for Emporis.
To the extent permitted by law, Emporis is responsible for handling claims related to the app, content, warranties if any, intellectual property, or legal compliance. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce the terms related to the iOS app.
5. Court Booking and Player Connection Services
Emporis helps users find matches, create matches, book courts, socialize, and manage badminton activities. Information about courts, times, costs, player counts, and skill requirements may be provided by users or partners.
You should review details before confirming participation. Emporis may adjust, cancel, or restrict transactions if we detect incorrect information, fraud, safety risks, or policy violations.
6. User-Generated Content
You keep ownership of content you post, but grant Emporis the right to store, display, distribute, reformat, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the right to post the content and that it does not violate law, intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or another person's safety.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting sexual, nude, extreme-violence, hate, harassment, bullying, threatening, or discriminatory content.
- Scams, unauthorized collection of money, review manipulation, spam, malware distribution, or unauthorized data collection.
- Organizing dangerous, illegal, or unsafe activities at courts.
- Interfering with systems, reverse engineering, damaging, overloading, or accessing the service without authorization.
- Using Emporis for unwanted advertising or content unrelated to the badminton community.
8. Payments, Cancellations, and Service Fees
Some features may require payment. Pricing, fees, cancellation rules, refund terms, or court-booking conditions will be shown before you confirm a transaction.
You agree to pay valid fees arising from your account. If a transaction is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment and refund handling may be subject to that store's policies.
9. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking
Emporis may review, hide, remove, limit distribution of, or restrict access to content, profiles, or accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
You can report violating content or users through the app or by emailing support@emporis.vn. You can also block other users to limit unwanted interactions.
Reports involving safety, harassment, threats, offensive content, or child abuse will be prioritized for review.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts if you violate policies, create risk for other users, abuse the service, or violate law.
You may stop using the service or request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.
11. Liability Limits and Changes
Emporis works to provide a stable and safe service, but does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Emporis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When there are material changes, Emporis will provide notice through appropriate means. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@emporis.vn.
